Resin badges are comprised of self adhesive images coated in a crystal clear polyurethane dome. The liquid polyurethane resin is applied as the final operation after the image has been printed and die-cut. It is applied in a liquid form and flows to the edge of the badge and sets after 24 hours in a layer approximately 2mm thick, giving a 3D "lens" effect to the badge. This process will provide high quality badges in almost any size with a tough UV resistant cover suitable for most situations including outdoor use.
